Ederson, the goalkeeper of Manchester City, has stated that he does not intend to change the team's playing style for a safer performance in the UEFA Champions League final against Inter Milan.
According to the British news agency, Ederson's ability to play with his feet means that he is an essential and key part of building his team's attacks from the back, but this style sometimes involves some risk-taking.
Ederson added, "We need to maintain our way of playing. We cannot change that because we are playing in the final."
He continued, "We have to stick to our playing style, which involves having possession of the ball with our feet and passing it. Of course, making mistakes is part of being a goalkeeper or defender, as well as for the rest of the team."
He emphasized, "Mistakes teach us maturity. I try to remain calm and instill confidence among my Manchester City teammates, where they can pass the ball to me because I am very calm in making the right decision."
