The board of Al-Masry Club, led by Kamil Abu Ali, has decided to settle the remaining dues of 1 million Egyptian pounds owed to Pyramids FC as part of the deal involving Amr Marei, the former team's striker, in order to drop the complaint filed by Pyramids FC against Al-Masry Club earlier. This comes after Al-Masry Club's treasury recently received a financial support of 8 million Egyptian pounds from the Governor of Port Said.
Additionally, the board of Al-Masry Club has paid the delayed payments to the players for the month of April, along with overdue win bonuses and the qualification bonus for reaching the semi-finals of the Egyptian Football Association Cup.
On another note, the first team of Al-Masry Club will resume training tomorrow, Wednesday, at their camp in Port Said following a 24-hour rest period granted by the team's manager, Mimi Abdel-Razek, after the draw against Al-Dakhleya with a goal each in the 28th round of the league.
Al-Masry Club is preparing to face Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandary next Monday at 6 PM as part of the 29th round of the league.
